Jason Schneid, Service With a Smile
Jason Schneid has been our Client Services Specialist for two years. Once companies sign up with IVA, Jason is the helpful voice on the phone who walks developers through the steps necessary for implementation. He’s also the guy who gets the email from any client having problems – and he makes sure they walk away impressed with how quickly and politely we get the issue resolved. In the short time he’s been with us he’s also added Tech Support, Web Support, and Production supervision to his portfolio of responsibilities.
Jason came to IVA by way of the beverage industry. In his six years with Victory Beverage he worked his way up from the bottom of the sales force into the front office and the head of technology for the company. Along the way he got to work with folks from Red Bull, Nestle, Skinny Water, and Teany Tea. He became a ‘go to’ guy for all sorts of information which made him perfect for helping to train new employees.
All his experience with Victory is coming in handy as he works with IVA staff and clients to make sure new content is processed and available to new clients as fast as possible. Of course, his many years as a DJ at night clubs, private parties, and weddings means he is also a guy who knows music, movies, and pop culture. We asked him about his favorites:

Jason is a graduate of Rowan University, who also loves sports, especially hockey. As the father of two-year old Nathan, he will soon be an expert on kid’s TV shows. Next time you talk to this friendly guy, ask him about the green face with the tongue sticking out on his wall.
