Jed Horovitz is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Internet Video Archive. Horovitz is a veteran of the film industry whose experience includes work for Oscar-winning documentarian Pierre Glasseau, the Cousteau Society, and the Playboy Channel. He produced several feature films for Roger Corman's Horizon Pictures. Prior to starting IVA, he was the founder and President of Video Pipeline, Inc. the first company to aggregate and distribute movie previews and music videos to the retail trade. VPI's clients included Blockbuster, Tower Records, Musicland, and Best Buy. Horovitz is from LA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Film History from the University of California at Santa Cruz, a Master's degree in Film and Television Production from New York University, and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. | | RHODES MASON
Vice President, Business Development
Rhodes Mason is in charge of IVA's new client acquisition as well as content acquisition. Since coming to IVA six years ago, Mason has been instrumental in helping the company to hit new sales plateaus, and has opened up new markets, including internet connected devices, radio, mobile, and international. His background in sales and marketing includes stints at major ad agencies (Foote Cone & Belding, Draft Worldwide) and in the music industry where he was President of Nuclear Blast Records. Mason is a Philadelphia native, with a BA in Communications from Temple University. |

BOB KOLO
Vice President of Technology
Bob Kolo oversees IVA's technology , including the day-to-day operation of all content databases, meta-data ingestion, content delivery, and corporate and consumer websites. He designed IVA's proprietary Media Manager content management system, as well as a unique proprietary crowd-sourced recommendation engine for music videos. Kolo came to IVA by way of retail after getting his BA in Business Administration and IT from Temple University. | PAM HOROVITZ
Director, Marketing & Communications
Pam Horovitz directs IVA's consumer and corporate marketing activities as well as public relations. She supervises all advertising, the consumer and corporate websites, contests, promotions, and the production of all marketing materials. She is responsible for press releases, participation at conferences, trade shows. Horovitz started her career with positions at Atlantic Records , WEA and Warner Home Video, and went on to be the CEO of the National Association of Recording Merchandisers. She majored in English at the University of Minnesota. |

MICHELE DEVERY
General Manager
Michele Devery oversees the day-to-day operations of IVA, including accounting and human resources. She also supervises facilities management and purchasing. She comes to IVA from the world of banking where she worked in retail branch management for PNC and Susquehanna Banks. She is a native of NJ. | |
